On
the linac, the patient is positioned as usual. before each ISC field,
a setup field with static MLC (displaying the complete irradiation area
outline, the CIAO field) is used to verify the correct position of the
field. The images of the setup fields can be retaken several times if
necessary. When setup is acceptable, the ISC file is loaded. |

| When the ISC field is treated, the leaves move over the field (sliding window). For verification purposes, an integrated image is acquired, which sums up the photon fluence of the whole delivery (see Offline Review). |
