Although PV cannot compete with film regarding the fluence verification, for most of the DMLC treatments we acquire dynamic images, simply for documentation purposes and because it is an easy thing to do. There is no extra time needed (the R-arm is in place due to the setup ports), and the images are acquired continuously during DMLC delivery, so they do not mean extra dose to the patient.
