Catalyst HD Downtime

How is "downtime" defined for our Catalyst HD system?

• Downtime is the time when either one or both Catalyst HD systems cannot be operated during normal operating hours.
• Normal operating hours are weekdays, 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. (10 hrs).
• After we have informed C-Rad that a system is down, 4 hours of response time are granted.
• The clock starts ticking either after C-Rad has acknowledged the problem, or the response time is over.
• The clock stops ticking after C-Rad has informed us that the system is operational again.

C-Rad guarantees that downtime does not exceed 2% per year. The 2% are calculated based on 10 hrs per day, 5 days per week, 52 weeks per year. This gives 2600 hours of operational time per year. Planned downtime of 20 hours per year is allowed for maintenance. Two percent of 2580 hrs = 51.6 hrs. This is the allowed amount of unplanned downtime per year.

11.03.2016	4.0	6:00 BLUE: "One or more Modules could not be initialized" (evening before: remote software update to 5.2.1). Fixed via rempte access (dt: 7:40 - 11:40).
