Now to the last section of my talk - the verification of fluence delivery. We were looking for possibilities to verify DMLC performance and the fluence delivery because we were not satisfied with the current situation. Currently, after a DMLC treatment is complete, the most detailed information you can get is some statistical data about RMS leaf deviation values, but you do not see where in the field the deviation occured. The PortalVision in dynamic mode also only gives us a rough image of something that looks like the fluence (because there is the patient in between), and it has a lot of artifacts.
