Remarks

When interpreting the MLC problems, the following should be noted:

If the system interrelations were better known (more thorough understanding of the software during tthe first months), some problems could have been avoided (e.g., WS COM timeout)
Although there may be sometimes simpler ways to solve the problem, reinitializing the MLC is usually the method of choice. Time delay is quite short (3min).
All repairs (except 2) were performed after the patient treatments.
Having enough spare parts on site (e.g., SFBs) can drastically reduce the "down-time" ...
